To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right click on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

I still can’t believe how much you can do each day for all the “family”! It is stupendous! Thank you so much!

I just made 2 new recipes today and they both are really good! One is a casserole and the other is a cake. Take care!!! Chris in NM

Butch’s Sausage Casserole
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. water
¾ c. long grain white rice – dry
½ tsp. onion powder – or to taste
2 c. mixed fresh or frozen vegetables, cut in bite size pieces
sliced link sausage, browned, about 1 lb. (like kielbasa)*
½ to ¾ c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix well all ingredients. Place in an 8 x 12” baking dish and cover. Bake @ 375ºF for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with cheese. Put back in oven till cheese melts. *You can use 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves instead. Or – what about 1 lb. browned ground beef? This is yummy!!!!!!!!!!!! * I had to modify the baking time somewhat. After you take the lid off and put the cheese on top, you will need to bake it at 450º F for 15 to 20 minutes to let it thicken. It was very good!!!!!! I will make it with chicken breast tenders next time. You could even use browned ground beef (about 1 lb.)!!!!
