Honey Butter Fudge

1 c. white sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tbs. honey
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. peanut butter or butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Measure first 5 ingredients into a saucepan. Stir constantly until mixture boils. Boil without stirring for about 7 minutes or to the softball stage, 250 degrees. Cool the pan slightly in a dish of cold water. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Scrape into a greased 7x7 inch pan. Mark into 36 squares and cool overnight. Cut fudge into pieces and separate to dry surfaces slightly. Wrap each piece in plastic film before packing into jars or boxes.
