To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right click on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

This is an old TNT recipe. I can't find the copyright date on the cookbook because the cookbook is in shreds from a lot of use by me. One of the recipes for Vanilla Pudding has a tried date on it of 2/12/79. Bread Pudding is one of my very favor desserts!

Perfect Bread Pudding
2-1/4 cups milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups 1-inch day-old bread cubes
1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup seedless raisins

Combine milk and eggs; pour over bread cubes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture in 8-inch round baking dish. Place in shallow pan on oven rack; pour hot water around it 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
