Blackened Catfish

Catfish fillets
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Cajun spices
lemon juices ,lemon slices (for garnish)
chopped parsley

Preheat a cast-iron skillet until hot. Dredge catfish fillets in melted butter, Place in skillet skin side down. Cook for about 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Turn fillet ,season generously with Cajun spices and cook additional 3 to 3 1/2 minutes until edges blacken. Remove to heated serving plate. Season with lemon juice and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
