Hi Nancy,
I have a collection of quick and easy dishes to fix when I am dragging the ground tired. Here is one of them I will share with the group that is quick, easy and yummy.

Easy Swiss Steak Recipe

1-1/2 pounds round steak about 3/4 inches thick
1 Can golden mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes
1/4 cup water
dash of pepper
Cut round steak into serving-size pieces. In skillet, brown steak in shortening; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer 1-2 hours, or until tender. Stir often.
serves 4-6
