Here is a recipe for a one bowl very moist chocolate cake

Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
1 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 cup of mayo. (Not low fat)
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9"13" pan. Measure all ingredients together and beat until well blended. Scrape down bowl a few times. Batter will be thin. Bake till pick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. You can either sprinkle with powdered sugar of frost. Your call. It bakes for about 40 minutes.
